Paul Baay graduated from the University of Western Ontario in 1983 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Administrative and Commercial Studies. Mr. Baay is an independent oil and gas financial consultant. Until September 2007, Mr. Baay served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of True Energy Inc. (since November 2007, True Energy Inc. has served as the administrator of True Energy Trust), a position he held since founding True Energy Inc. in September 2000. Mr. Baay has been the Chairman of Vero Energy Inc. since 2005. Mr. Baay was a member of the board of directors of Millennium Seismic Ltd. from 2001 to 2007. From March 1998 to September 2000, Mr. Baay was Chairman of the board of directors of Request Seismic Surveys Ltd. He served as President, Chief Executive Officer, and as a director of Remington Energy Ltd. from 1993 to 1999. Mr. Baay is currently a director of the Rundle Mountain charitable foundation.
